What we collect

When you send the contact form or text us, we collect your name, phone number, the property address, the list date and anything you write or send, including photos of the house. We also keep the scope, receipts and photo report for each job.

What we use it for

We use it to schedule the walk-through, write the scope, run the job and send the invoice. We text you at the number you give us. Reply STOP to a text and we will stop texting.

Who sees it

Our crew and the licensed trades we book for your job see the address and access details they need. We do not sell your information. We share it with a listing agent only when the agent is on your job and you have asked us to.

Cookies and measurement

This site may use basic analytics to count visits. It does not use advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing hello@taittrepair.com. We keep job records for as long as the law and our insurer require.
