Taitt Pre-Listing Repair is a Nashville crew of nine. We do not remodel, build or flip. We repair and refresh a house in the weeks before it goes on the market.
Gladstone Taitt started the firm after seeing listings stall on small repairs nobody had scheduled: a door that stuck, a rail that moved, a room of nail pops. The 14-day board is the fix he wrote for it, and it is the same board on every house.
